Report on the David Tomberiln Finland/Estonia Tour

I (James Robor) recently had the priviledge of organizing a tour with David Tomberlin here in Finland and also in Talinn, Estonia. Every night peoples lives were touched! We saw the lost saved, the sick healed and the captive set free!

I had the priviledge of traveling with David and it is an experience I will never forget! David is a fun guy with a great sense of humor! I learned a lot talking with David and just observing. I can say it was a great learning experience. David spoke into my life on a few occasions and challenged me! He encouraged me not to settle for less and to press in, be willing to take risks and trust in God. He said also that for anything great there is a great price to pay.

Thank you David for all that you sowed into myself and the people of Finland and Estonia. We are believing for a great harvest to come to Finland and Estonia from the seed you have sown and we pray you will yourself reap a great harvest in your own life and ministry!

Thank you to all of those who prayed and supported putting this event together. Thank you to all the pastors and leaders for hosting David and helping to make this event possible!

Jealousy and Envy

God has directed me state to beware when people begin to be blessed and used by God and not to become jealous and envious. We should be happy when people are blessed and not unhappy. God is watching our responses to others successes.

There is more than enough room for everyone’s vision and the ministry God has called each one to. The body of Christ is just that, a body and just like a body there are many different parts that are each important and valuable to the body.

God wants to use you in a great and mighty way. You have a purpose and God has something very special for you. Nobody can take your place. You have a special place God has reserved just for you! Every dream and hope he has put in you He intends to see fulfilled!

What You Feed Will Grow

For many people their spirit man is starving death because it hasn’t been getting fed. Because of this they are not able to walk in their giftings and callings.God is not able to use them as He would like to because their spirits have been malnourished.

Jesus told to pray in the Lord’s prayer, “Give us this day our daily bread.” Our daily bread is referring to not only physical nourishment but emotional and spiritual nourishment as well. The word of God and His Holy Spirit are the food for our spirit. When we starve our spirit will be like doormats for the devil to walk on. We will not be able to do anything about it because we can barely move.

But just like a body builder or an athlete who drinks plenty of water, gets plenty of rest, eats plenty of fruits and vegatables, gets plenty of exercise, we too can feed our spirits with the word of God and the Holy Spirit and like an athlete, we will be able to run this race like Paul says. We will be able to mount up with wings like an eagle. We will be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might and no weapon formed against us will be able to prosper!

Revival does not come by chance. Revival comes as a result of following clear instructions by God and taking action.

Don’t Count Me Out!

Many people are aware of the mistakes I’ve made. They are aware of the various struggles that I have had and still have. They are aware of the fact that I don’t have a denomination or organisation backing me and our ministry. They are aware that I sometimes miss God and make poor choices at times. They are aware that I struggle to learn the Finnish language, the 2nd most difficult language in the world. Many are aware of my childhood, that it was not good and that I struggled just to make it much of my adulthood. Many people have watched me struggle, make mistakes, and at times be discouraged and even depressed.

I have one thing to say to those people. If God be for me who can stand against me? God has forgiven me of every sin I have ever committed because I asked Him to. God is fully aware of every mistake I have ever made, He is fully aware of every poor choice I have ever made. God is fully aware of every struggle that I have, every issue, every hangup, and every problem that I have. He is fully aware of it all. Yet despite everything, He chooses to anoint me, to appoint me, to equip me, to commission me and to send me.

God has not given up on me and He has not given up you either!

You Can’t Fix What You Don’t Acknowledge

If you had a splinter in your finger, before you could ever pull the splinter out you would have to first acknowledge that there is a splinter there in the first place. No one would try to pull a splinter out of their finger if they didn’t think there was one to be pulled out. They would go about living their normal lives untill they noticed something unusual about their finger. If for some reason they never felt any pain from the thing, who knows how long before they would notice something strange in their finger. By then there could be infection which is never good.

In the coming months I will begin acknowleging things that need to be fixed in the body of Christ with some customization on the nation of Finland, even though they can be applied to people around the world. People haven’t been acknowledging things that need to be fixed, at least not here in Finland from what I see. Everybody has happy, happy, happy, messages, never acknowledging the splinter that is killing them.
